Introducing our newest location: StaytooBerlin!
#StayInformed: Berlin in numbers
The capital and largest city of Germany has a population of about 3.5 million people. Berlin also has a large student population, counting more than 175,000 students enrolled at 40 different universities. The city is also the very cosmopolitan and there are nearly 25,000 international students, and as many as 189 nationalities.
#StayCool: the most popular districts for students
Mitte and Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg are the places to be. Berlin offers so much more than just sights and attractions for tourists: there are many coffee shops, bars, restaurants and clubs for the locals. The district Kreuzberg is well known for the “Bergmannkiez” and is very enticing for young people. This is why we have chosen Dudenstraße 80, in Kreuzberg as location for Staytoo Apartments. It offers a perfect combination of your own kingdom and a fun and enjoyable life in a community. Cool coffee shops and bars are nearby, as is typical for Kreuzberg, together with the numerous parks at walking distance and The Bergmannkiez, which is also only a short walk away.
#StayMobile: public transport in Berlin
No matter where you are in Berlin, the next subway is not far away. You can get everywhere you want in a short period of time. Even if you have to travel further, to go to the airport for example, you can take the train and easily go from one point of the city to another. Most students don’t need to go far anyway and therefore in Berlin the most common mean of transportation is the bike. So it’s easy to get on a Fahrrad and explore the flair of the city.
#StayInBerlin: all-inclusive, fully furnished apartments with great common amenities
Like in all our properties, we offer self-contained apartments with everything one needs for independent living: own, high quality kitchen, en-suite bathroom, bed and living & study area. “Living on your own, while sharing your life“ this is our motto and our apartments combine the privacy of your own flat, with common amenities and communal areas, to give sense of community and to allow our residents to socialise and connect with others. #StayFit with the onsite gym, and no extra money to be spent on a gym-pass! We also believe in a healthy mind and body! That’s why fitness can be a sensible supplement to university life. Working out in our private gym not only keeps a good sweat going but also reduces exam stress and clears the mind.
